OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
DXB3 serves Dubai Emirate and the wider UAE / GCC region with high-volume inbound processing and network replenishment for Amazon.ae. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located in Dubai Logistics City (DLC) within the Dubai South logistics hub, close to Al Maktoum International Airport and the main freight corridors linking to Jebel Ali Port, the site supports dependable palletised linehauls and regional distribution across the Middle East.

Strategic Location
DXB3 is situated inside the Logistic Complex at Dubai Logistics City, part of the wider Dubai South multimodal logistics platform. DLC sits next to Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) and is connected by highway corridors to Jebel Ali Port and major UAE routes such as Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road. This location allows imports arriving by sea or air to be quickly devanned, palletised, and shuttled as compliant truckloads into DXB3, while also supporting fast regional linehauls to other Emirates and neighbouring GCC markets. The large-scale, high-bay warehouse (over 32,000 m² and more than 4 million units of storage) operates as one of Amazon’s flagship facilities in the UAE.
Operational Specifications for DXB3
Booking and Hours
Appointments: Required via Carrier Central for all LTL/FTL/FCL deliveries
Operating Window:
DXB3 runs a multi-shift operation; inbound delivery windows follow the exact time slot confirmed in Carrier Central.
Detailed dock-by-dock receiving hours are not publicly specified, so your confirmed appointment is the operational reference.
Receiving Hours
By appointment only (local Gulf Standard Time – GST, UTC+4)
Late arrivals may be delayed or turned away depending on yard capacity and DXB3’s discretion.
Vehicle Requirements
Active carrier profile and confirmed Carrier Central appointment to DXB3
Dock-high, rear unloading at a standard bay; no ground-level tail-lift, side-only, or curbside unloading for FC inbound
Typical inbound equipment:
Enclosed rigid trucks (3–10 ton) suitable for dock unloading
Semi-trailers / container-equivalent trailers (20 ft or 40 ft) where loads are palletised and accessible by pallet jack or forklift
Physical requirements (Amazon UAE LTL/FTL standards):
Vehicle floor must safely withstand a fully loaded pallet jack and be in good condition (no holes, loose boards, or major obstructions)
Interior must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants and loose debris
Freight must be secured to avoid shifting in transit; no unsafe stacking or leaning
On-site safety expectations:
Obey posted yard speed limits and follow any one-way systems and marshaller instructions
At the dock, the driver must set the parking brake, allow wheel chocks to be placed, stop the engine, and remain available for instructions
The driver presents BOL/manifest, FBA shipment ID list, and the Carrier Central appointment reference at check-in
Mobile-phone use while driving in the yard is restricted; pedestrians must use marked walkways and crossings
Non-compliant vehicles or unsafe conditions may result in delays, rework, or rejection of the load
Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Use 1.0 m × 1.2 m, 4-way access, wooden pallets as required for LTL/FTL/FCL deliveries to Amazon FCs in the UAE
Ship only on pallets in good condition; pallets made of weak materials (cardboard, particleboard, heavily cracked or broken wood) may be refused
Pallet exchange is not allowed – treat all pallets as one-way
Maximum pallet gross weight: 500 kg including the pallet
As a practical planning limit, keep pallet height around ≤ 1.7–1.8 m including the pallet, unless your shipment plan specifies otherwise
Merchandise should not overhang the pallet edge; keep any unavoidable overhang to a minimal tolerance
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central (amazon.ae)
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied outside the stretch wrap so barcodes are fully visible and scannable
Do not cover barcodes with stretch film, straps, corner boards, or tape
Wrapping & Stability:
Build stable, cubic pallet loads with even weight distribution and no loose cartons
Wrap with clear stretch film, anchored securely to the pallet base, with all wrap tails properly secured
Use corner boards, straps or bands, and layer pads as needed so loads remain stable through overseas transit, devanning, local linehaul, and handling at DXB3
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
For sea containers into Jebel Ali or air ULD/bulk shipments, Amazon typically expects freight to be deconsolidated and palletised before final delivery to DXB3
If you plan to deliver floor-loaded cargo directly, the loading pattern, carton weights, and unloading method must comply with the latest Amazon UAE LTL/FTL/FCL requirements and be clearly described in your appointment request; non-compliant floor loads are at high risk of delay or refusal
Slip Sheets:
Slip-sheeted loads are not standard in UAE FC inbound guidance. Only use slip sheets where explicitly permitted by current Amazon UAE documentation and pre-agreed in your appointment notes; otherwise, plan to deliver on compliant wooden pallets.
