Fulfilment for peptides & sensitive wellness products in Europe.
Peptides, research-grade wellness lines and other sensitive products, handled from warehouses in Germany, Poland and France. Lot and expiry fields travel with the stock where supplied. Defined temperature ranges and validated temperature-control requirements are scoped as separate pre-quote inputs against the proposed site and evidence standard.
- FEFOExpiry-aware rotation can follow the product data supplied for eligible lines.
- Inbound conditionSeal, damage and supplied lot or expiry data are checked at receipt.
- Scope firstA temperature-controlled requirement is priced against its defined range, monitoring and evidence standard after site and process validation.

A peptide 3PL is judged on what it refuses to ship.
Most fulfilment problems cost money. In this category they cost a customer relationship and sometimes a product licence, so the operating rules are built around stopping units moving rather than around moving them fast.
The date is not advisory
Short-dated stock goes on hold automatically. That covers metabolic and weight-loss product order fulfilment as much as it covers peptides — anything where potency and date are the same conversation.
An excursion you did not record did not get caught
Temperature and damage checks happen at goods-in, against the manifest, before stock reaches a pick face. Discovering it later means discovering it from a customer.
Returns are quarantined, then graded
A returned sensitive unit is isolated first and assessed second. Restocking is the exception, and it happens only where your written policy and the seal condition both allow it.
Discretion is an operational requirement
Outer packaging carries no product description beyond what the carrier and customs require. This is a packing rule, not a preference.
How it works
for Peptides & Sensitive Wellness Products
Six stages, from connected stock to the return. The category-specific rules stay attached to the operation at each handoff.
Connect your stores
Ready-made connectors sync orders, inventory and returns with our WMS, carrying batch and expiry as data rather than as a note in a spreadsheet. Shopify, Amazon FBM and SFP, WooCommerce, Magento and custom endpoints on request.
Inbound, excursion check & lot log
Shipments are verified against the manifest, every lot number and expiry is logged, and units are checked for handling exception or damage before anything is put away. Anything questionable is held rather than shelved.
Secure, climate-aware storage
Stock sits in controlled locations with real-time visibility over quantity, upcoming expiry and lot traceability. Segregation applies where cross-contamination or odour transfer is a risk.
FEFO picking & discreet packing
The WMS enforces first-expired-first-out; picking cannot override it. Packing uses protective materials and discreet outers, with same-day dispatch inside the cut-off.
Shipping across the EU
Carrier services selected per lane from the German, Polish and French hubs, chosen on transit reliability rather than on headline price, because a delayed sensitive parcel is a write-off rather than a late delivery.
Returns: quarantine, then decide
Inspect, quarantine, then dispose or restock to your playbook. Compromised units do not re-enter the sellable pool, and the disposal is recorded against the lot.
Peptide fulfilment services, from one stock pool
Every service below runs from the same operating plan and the same inventory. Adding one does not mean moving stock to a second provider.
B2C & B2B order fulfilment
Pick, pack, shipping and storage with same-day dispatch inside the cut-off, for both direct orders and bulk movements to distributors.
Sensitive prep & discreet packing
Protective materials, tamper-evident seals, discreet outers, and inserts carrying your usage or handling copy.
Lot, expiry & FEFO control
Lot capture at inbound, enforced FEFO picking, automatic holds on short-dated stock, and a per-unit audit trail that supports a recall by lot rather than by search.
Returns, quarantine & disposal
Quarantine-first grading with compliant disposal of expired or compromised lots, recorded against the lot rather than absorbed into shrink.
Climate-aware & buffer stock
Controlled storage for launch stock, buffer inventory and lines with short sellable windows.
FBA prep & pre-Amazon storage
Expiry-aware labelling to Amazon's spec, pre-Amazon storage, and removals processing for stock that has to come back out before it dates.
A hold rule only works if it can stop a shipment.
A unit that fails the inbound check, exceeds its hold date or returns with a broken seal stays out of the sellable pool until the written rule says otherwise. The point is consistency: the same condition produces the same decision at every shift and every site.
That can occasionally sacrifice a sale on stock that looked usable. It also prevents the customer from becoming the first person to discover that a hold rule was ignored.

Controls that travel with the stock
The records, handling rules and exception paths are agreed before the first live order.
- Handling and storage protocols followed per your written specification for each product class
- Lot number and expiry tracked per SKU, with FEFO enforced at pick
- ASNs, batch reports, packing lists and detailed delivery notes
- Returns paperwork with scannable IDs for immediate quarantine check-in
- Commercial invoices for non-EU lanes with HS codes and Incoterms
- Address and postcode validation, because a failed delivery on a short-dated line is a write-off
Before go-live: we map the data, labels, routing rules and exception ownership that the operation depends on.
- Discreet packaging, safety seals and personalised inserts per your rules
- Zoned storage with segregation by product class and cross-contamination risk
- Quarantine carts and isolated locations for held, returned and suspect stock
- Packaging integrity: tamper-evident options, photo, weight and scan logs at pack
- Environmental care: heat and UV exposure avoided; light-sensitive lines kept off windowed racking
- Stock integrity via cycle counts and investigations, with documented flows for expired and recalled lots
The same operating rules are used at inbound, pick, pack and returns so the record survives the handoff.
An EU warehouse for peptides, not a shelf in a general 3PL
Six locations — Poland, Germany ×3, France and the UK — with the peptide fulfilment centre function sitting where the storage controls and the segregation rules already exist rather than being retrofitted onto general racking.

Germany ×3
Three German fulfilment locations support DACH demand and cross-border EU flows, with access to major motorway and parcel networks.

Poland
Polish capacity supports CEE distribution, EU-wide fulfilment and inventory positioned close to fast-growing eastern European demand.

France
French capacity supports domestic fulfilment, Benelux access and western European lanes without routing every order across a border.
Holding stock in one European hub costs less. Splitting it across several can shorten selected lanes. We model that trade-off against your actual order geography.
Peptides & Sensitive Wellness Products does not succeed in one step.
It succeeds between handoffs.
The same operating rules have to survive inbound, inventory, pick, pack and the return. The value is in the continuity between those stages, not in one isolated warehouse action.
FEFO
Expiry-aware picking enforced by the WMS, not by the picker
Excursion log
Damage, seal and supplied lot or expiry data recorded at inbound
Quarantine-first
Returns isolate before they are graded, never after
Who this service is for
Peptide & research-line sellers
Needing lot-level traceability, enforced FEFO and discreet outbound as standing rules rather than special requests.
Sensitive wellness brands
Short-dated or temperature-aware lines where the returns policy has to be applied identically every time.
Brands scaling from self-fulfilment
Currently packing in-house because no warehouse would take the handling rules seriously.
Multi-market sensitive ranges
Brands operating across several European markets where lot, expiry, discretion and returns rules must stay consistent.
Send the product classification, lot/expiry fields, storage instructions and any required temperature range. A validated temperature-controlled requirement is matched to the actual site, process and evidence standard before it enters the quote.
Questions before you move stock
Log lot and expiry at inbound, enforce FEFO at pick rather than suggesting it, quarantine returns before grading them, and pack discreetly by default. A general warehouse can do any one of these on request; the difference is having them as standing rules that a picker cannot override.
If a SKU requires a defined °C range, continuous monitoring or excursion reporting, that requirement becomes a separate onboarding gate and is checked against the proposed site before the scope is agreed. The published standard here is lot/expiry and handling-control fulfilment.
It is quarantined on arrival, then graded against your written policy. Restocking happens only where seal condition and hold rules both allow it; everything else is disposed of compliantly with the disposition recorded against the lot.
Yes, by default. Outers carry no product description beyond what the carrier and customs require, and inserts carry only the copy you supply.
Because lot numbers are captured at receipt and carried through picking and dispatch, affected units are identified by lot rather than by searching locations. Remaining stock is quarantined and the outbound history for that lot is retrievable.
Stock is held inside the EU from the German, Polish and French sites, which is what removes a customs entry from every parcel. Non-EU lanes get commercial invoices with HS codes and Incoterms generated from your master data.
Product class, handling and hold rules, SKU and lot structure, monthly volume and destination markets. If part of your range falls outside what we can handle properly, we say so before quoting rather than after onboarding.
Tell us what you ship. We'll tell you what it costs to run.
Product class, handling and hold rules, SKU count, order volume and destination markets are enough for a first quote. Any specialist handling requirement is checked against the proposed site and process at that stage, before the operating plan is signed off. Zero onboarding cost, flexible contract.
