OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
DXB2 serves Dubai Emirate and the wider GCC / Middle East region with high-volume inbound processing and replenishment for Amazon.ae. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located in National Industries Park, Mina Jebel Ali, close to Jebel Ali Port and key highways, the site supports dependable container devanning flows and LTL/FTL linehauls across the UAE and into neighbouring countries.

Deep Sea Imports: Typically yes, when requested at the time of booking and handled via palletised truckloads or deconsolidated FCL/LCL from Port of Jebel Ali or regional depots (not as live ocean containers at the FC dock); always confirm the exact import handling process with your forwarder and Amazon prior to your appointment.

Strategic Location
DXB2 is positioned inside National Industries Park (NIP) at Mina Jebel Ali, a major industrial and logistics zone developed by DP World. The park sits adjacent to Jebel Ali Port and within the Dubai logistics corridor linking Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), and Emirates Road (E611). This location allows containers to be stripped nearby and converted into compliant palletised truckloads for final delivery, while giving carriers short, predictable routes from port, free zones, and inland hubs across the UAE and wider GCC.

Vehicle Requirements
Active carrier profile and confirmed Carrier Central appointment referencing DXB2 / DXB6
Dock-high, rear unloading at a standard bay (no side-only unloading or ground-level tail-lift deliveries)
Typical inbound equipment:
Rigid box trucks suitable for dock unloading (commonly 3–10 ton local trucks)
Semi-trailers / container trucks (20 ft or 40 ft equivalent) where cargo is palletised and can be unloaded by pallet jack or forklift from the rear
Key requirements from Amazon UAE LTL/FTL standards:
Pallets must be positioned so that forks can access from all four sides
No loose cartons on the trailer floor for LTL/FTL—cargo should be palletised unless otherwise agreed
Freight must be stable and safe to unload with standard dock equipment
The driver must present BOL/manifest, FBA shipment ID(s), and the Carrier Central appointment reference at check-in
Yard & safety expectations:
Obey posted speed limits in the yard and follow the route indicated by security or yard marshals
At the dock, the driver must set the parking brake, allow wheel chocks to be placed, and remain available for instructions
Engines should be switched off during loading/unloading; movement on foot must follow designated pedestrian routes
Non-compliant vehicles or unsafe situations may lead to delays or refusal of the load
Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Use 1.0 m × 1.2 m, 4-way access, wooden pallets as per Amazon UAE requirements
Ship only on pallets in good condition (no broken boards, no exposed nails, structurally sound)
Pallet exchange is not allowed—assume one-way pallets
Maximum pallet gross weight: 500 kg, including the pallet
As a planning guideline, keep pallet height around ≤ 1.7–1.8 m including the pallet, unless your shipment plan specifies a different limit
Merchandise must not overhang the pallet edge by more than approximately 25 mm; ideally, there should be no overhang at all.
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central (amazon.ae)
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied outside the stretch wrap, upright and scannable
Ensure both box and pallet barcodes are not covered by tape, shrink wrap, straps, or corner protection
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap all pallets with clear plastic film; film should secure the load tightly to the pallet base
Build stable, cubic loads with evenly distributed weight and no significant overhang
Use corner boards, straps or bands, and layer pads where necessary—especially for tall or mixed-SKU pallets—to maintain stability during international and regional transport and at DXB2’s docks
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
For FCL shipments arriving at Jebel Ali Port, Amazon generally expects freight to be deconsolidated and palletised before final delivery to DXB2
Any plan to deliver floor-loaded cargo directly to DXB2 must strictly follow Amazon UAE shipping and routing requirements and be clearly described in your Carrier Central booking; non-compliant or unsafe floor-loaded shipments are at high risk of delay or refusal
Slip Sheets:
Slip-sheeted loads are not standard for UAE FC inbound. Only use slip sheets where explicitly allowed in current Amazon UAE guidance and confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise, plan to deliver on compliant wooden pallets.
