What happens to items from failed deliveries or canceled subscription boxes?
Unlike standard 3PLs that might treat returns as a burden, we offer specialized "de-kitting" services. We inspect returned boxes, disassemble the kits, and grade individual components. Items in perfect condition are restocked as individual SKUs, allowing you to recover inventory value and use those components for future boxes or kits.
How do you manage inventory for boxes with multiple components and variants?
Our WMS provides real-time visibility for every individual component (SKU) as well as the finished kits. You can track stock levels for each item in your box, manage expiration dates for perishables (like beauty or snacks), and see exactly how many complete kits can be assembled with your current on-hand inventory.
