Do you work with Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) as well?
Yes. Many brands use FBT for part of their catalog and Shipped by Seller for others. FLEX can act as your 3PL for non-FBT items and prepare inventory that you send into FBT warehouses where available.
How fast do TikTok Shop orders need to ship?
TikTok Shop sets specific windows for accepting and shipping orders (for example, accepting and shipping within defined hours or days). We structure SLAs and cut-offs around these rules so you can stay compliant.
