OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
TPF3 serves Takatsuki City, the wider Osaka metropolitan area, and much of Kansai with non-sortable inbound processing and regional replenishment. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located inside Landport Takatsuki in the Shibafu-cho district, with road links between Osaka and Kyoto, the site supports dependable linehauls and scheduled appointments across western Japan.

Strategic Location
TPF3 operates from the Landport Takatsuki multi-storey logistics complex in Shibafu-cho, Takatsuki City. Takatsuki sits roughly midway between Osaka and Kyoto, close to junctions on the Meishin and Shin-Meishin expressways and arterial routes like National Route 171, giving carriers efficient access across Kansai. The modern Landport facility offers high-bay floors, ramp access, and large truck yards, which helps maintain predictable Carrier Central appointment windows and smooth dock operations for non-sortable freight.

Site circulation is one-way from north to south; entry from the north side only, with south-side entry prohibited.
On arrival, drivers use the large-vehicle waiting area on the north side before being called to a dock. Waiting on nearby public roads and any illegal dumping are prohibited.
At the dock, the driver must set the parking brake, place wheel chocks, switch off the engine, and follow instructions from inbound staff.
Internal movements on foot must follow marked pedestrian routes and stairways; reverse driving and driving against the one-way system are not allowed.
Emergency procedures require immediate evacuation via nearest stairs or exits to the designated assembly point when alarms or announcements instruct it.
Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Use Japanese T11 standard pallets (approx. 1,100 mm × 1,100 mm, four-way entry), the standard domestic pallet size in Japan.
Both wooden and plastic T11 pallets are widely used; many shippers choose durable plastic pallets for non-sortable and heavier goods.
As a planning guideline, keep pallet weight around 1,000 kg or less and pallet height around ≤1.8 m including the pallet, remaining within the 270 cm internal height limit and typical safety practices at Japanese sites.
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central (.co.jp).
For small-parcel flows via Japanese parcel carriers, place the FBA Box ID and carrier label together on a flat face of the carton so barcodes are clear and scannable.
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied outside the stretch wrap, upright and unobstructed so they can be scanned easily from ground level.
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film under even tension; build stable, cubic loads with no overhangbeyond pallet edges.
Anchor wrap securely to the pallet base and fully secure film tails.
Use corner boards, straps or bands, and layer pads as needed so loads remain stable through linehaul, staging, elevator/ramp movements inside Landport Takatsuki, and dock handling at TPF3.
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
For containers or trucks delivered floor-loaded, follow the current Amazon Japan shipping and routing requirements on carton weight, dimensions, stacking, and safe unloading.
In practice, many flows are deconsolidated and palletised at upstream facilities before delivery to TPF3. Any floor-loaded plan should be checked against the latest inbound manual and clearly described in your Carrier Central appointment notes. Unsafe or non-compliant loads may be delayed, reworked at the shipper’s cost, or refused.
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where explicitly allowed under current Amazon Japan guidance and confirmed in your appointment details. If there is no clear approval, plan to deliver on compliant T11 pallets instead.
