OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
STL5 serves the St. Louis metropolitan area and wider Midwest region as an Amazon sortation and distribution hub, handling high volumes of outbound parcels and regional replenishment. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located within the Hazelwood Logistics Center on Hazelwood Logistics Center Drive near Interstates 270, 170, 70 and Highway 370, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across Missouri and surrounding states.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets
Avoid damaged, non-standard or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton must carry a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment workflow
Each pallet must carry four FBA pallet labels (one per side), placed on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible
No overhang beyond the pallet footprint; stack evenly with heavier cartons at the bottom
Use corner boards, strapping or banding where necessary to keep the load stable during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy (limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading)
Note any floor-loaded equipment in your appointment details so STL5 can plan unloading resources accordingly
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your Carrier Central appointment notes; otherwise plan to deliver standard palletized freight
