OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
Amazon SPX5 is a high-velocity fulfillment center strategically positioned to serve the expanding consumer base of Greater Cairo. As a core component of Amazon’s localized infrastructure in North Africa, SPX5 is engineered for rapid sortation and high-volume throughput, maintaining an operational pace that leaves no room for non-compliant freight.

Strategic Location
The strategic value of SPX5 lies in its integration into Cairo’s modernized industrial landscape. Positioned to access major transit veins, the facility acts as a distribution engine for Egypt’s most densely populated region. This location allows for seamless connectivity between the Mediterranean ports and the final consumer. For exporters in Europe, the focus remains on the "last mile" into Cairo—a phase that is only successful if the inventory has been meticulously audited for compliance at a European hub, ensuring that once it clears Egyptian customs, it can move directly to the SPX5 dock without friction.

If your next challenge is on the Europe side…
Success in the Egyptian market is often just one part of a broader global strategy. Because FLEX. operates exclusively in Europe, we provide the final compliance filter and logistical infrastructure for sellers navigating the complexities of the EU marketplace. To protect your broader supply chain and ensure your European operations match the precision of your Cairo-bound shipments, consider these checkpoints:
EPAL Dimensional Audit: Egypt’s reliance on the 1200 mm x 1000 mm standard is absolute. Transitioning your stock from standard EU pallets to the correct Egyptian dimensions while still in a European hub is the only way to guarantee acceptance at SPX5.
European Weight Thresholds: While Egypt enforces a 15 kg limit for multi-unit boxes, shipping into Europe requires knowledge of different regional safety standards. Auditing these weights through our professional warehouse services ensures your shipment meets the localized health and safety rules of the specific network you are entering..
Customs Alignment: International documentation is rigorous. Verifying that your packing lists and FBA labels match your physical cargo before dispatch from our European hubs minimizes the risk of port impoundment, whether your goods are crossing the Mediterranean or entering the EU.
Fulfillment Network Intelligence: Scaling across different continents requires a coordinated blueprint. You can consult our Amazon Fulfillment Centers directory to compare the specific requirements of SPX5 with those of major European facilities, ensuring your international routing is optimized.
