OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
SIN8 serves Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia gateway market with high-volume inbound processing and network replenishment. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Toh Guan Road East in the Jurong East / western logistics corridor, close to key expressways and port/airport feeders, the site supports dependable parcel flows and linehauls across Singapore and into regional cross-border lanes.

Strategic Location
SIN8 is situated at 5B Toh Guan Road East in the Jurong East industrial belt, one of Singapore’s main logistics and distribution corridors. The facility is positioned between major east–west routes such as the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), giving fast access to Jurong Port, PSA’s west-side container terminals, and Changi-linked airfreight routes. This combination of expressway connectivity and proximity to large residential and commercial districts allows carriers to run short, predictable shuttles from ports and airports while still meeting tight delivery windows and dock appointments at SIN8.
Operational Specifications for SIN8
Booking and Hours
Appointments: Required via Carrier Central (supported by the Singapore ROC inbound team; one appointment per physical delivery)
Operating Window:
Inbound delivery hours (SIN8 dock operations):
Monday–Friday (except public holidays): 13:45–17:00
Carriers are typically allowed into the yard up to 30 minutes before their scheduled slot; arrivals more than ~30 minutes late may be treated as late and risk rejection or rebooking, depending on congestion and FC discretion.
Receiving Hours
By appointment (local Singapore Time, UTC+8) within the booked slot; there is no weekend or public-holiday receiving for standard SIN8 FBA inbound.
Vehicle Requirements
Active Carrier Central profile and a confirmed appointment listing SIN8 as the destination
Dock-high, rear unloading at the SIN8 dock; deliveries are made on the dock and freight is then moved inside by Amazon
Typical inbound equipment:
Local rigid trucks suitable for dock loading (enclosed box or curtain-sider)
20 ft or 40 ft container-equivalent trucks / trailers that can safely reverse to the dock and support pallet-jack unloading
Yard & safety expectations (Trailer Docking–Release / TDR):
Maximum yard speed 5 km/h; follow yard marshal instructions at all times
On the dock, the driver must:
Park at the assigned bay, set the parking brake, and apply wheel chocks
Hand vehicle keys to the Amazon representative and follow the TDR checklist
Only start unloading once the Amazon representative confirms it is safe to do so
No mobile-phone use while driving or in the dock/yard area; pedestrians must use designated walkways and crossings
Any serious safety non-compliance can result in the vehicle being rejected and the vendor/carrier suspended from future deliveries
Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Deliveries of half-pallet volume or more must be palletised.
Use 4-way access wooden pallets, 1.2 m × 1.0 m, which are the standard Amazon requirement in Singapore.
Maximum pallet height: 1.6 m including the pallet
Maximum pallet gross weight: 1,000 kg including the pallet (for SIN8 as a fulfillment center)
Pallets must be in good condition (no broken boards or exposed nails); double-stacked pallets and loads with product overhang are not accepted.
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires its own unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central (amazon.sg).
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one on each side), applied outside the stretch wrap so barcodes are fully visible and scannable.
Ensure shipping labels and barcodes are not covered or obscured by tape, straps, or corner protection.
Wrapping & Stability:
Build stable, cubic loads with no overhang beyond pallet edges.
Use clear stretch wrap with even tension, anchored firmly to the pallet base; fully secure any wrap tails.
Add corner boards, strapping or banding, and layer pads for tall or fragile loads so they remain stable through port/airport handling, local transport, and dock operations at SIN8.
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
For imports that arrive in Singapore floor-loaded in ocean containers, Amazon expects re-work to palletised loads that meet SIN8’s pallet and weight limits before final delivery to the FC.
Any plan to deliver floor-loaded cargo directly to SIN8 must comply with the latest Amazon Singapore shipping and routing requirements and be clearly documented in your appointment notes; unsafe or non-compliant loads may be delayed, reworked at the shipper’s cost, or refused.
Slip Sheets:
Slip-sheeted loads are only acceptable where explicitly permitted in current Amazon Singapore guidance and confirmed in your appointment details. In all other cases, plan to deliver freight on compliant wooden pallets.
