OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
RDU5 serves the Raleigh–Durham “Research Triangle” region and wider North Carolina as an Amazon sortation center, consolidating outbound parcels for final-mile delivery across the state and the broader Southeast. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on TW Alexander Drive near the Research Triangle Park (RTP) corridor and key connectors to I-40 and NC-147, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across the Triangle and beyond.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for sortation and cross-dock handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your Amazon shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to keep loads stable during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so RDU5 can allocate suitable labor and unloading equipment and avoid dock delays
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
