OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
RDU1 serves the Raleigh–Durham “Research Triangle” region and wider North Carolina as a high-volume, sortable fulfillment center processing a broad mix of consumer goods. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Jones Sausage Road just off Interstate 40 in Garner (Wake County), the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across the Triangle and the broader U.S. Southeast.

The facility sits in a growing logistics and industrial pocket of Wake County, giving carriers convenient access to regional DC clusters, intermodal links, and the broader highway network. This combination of interstate proximity and regional demand density supports reliable Carrier Central appointments, consistent dock turns, and integration of RDU1 into both long-haul and regional LTL/TL loops.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets compatible with sortable / robotics handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your Amazon shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable at the dock
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so all labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards, strapping/banding, and other stabilization as needed so loads remain secure during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so RDU1 can plan appropriate labor, PIT, and dock time and avoid delays
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
