OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
PIL1 serves the Memphis metropolitan area and the wider Mid-South region with fast inbound processing and replenishment for a broad mix of customer items. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Commerce Parkway North in the DeSoto 55 Logistics Center near Interstate 55 and the Memphis highway and intermodal corridor, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and beyond.

Strategic Location
PIL1 is located in DeSoto County’s DeSoto 55 Logistics Center, a modern industrial park just south of Memphis. The facility sits close to I-55 with quick connections to I-69/I-269, I-40 and I-240, linking directly into Memphis’ dense freight cluster, rail ramps and air cargo operations via Memphis International Airport. This combination of interstate access and regional infrastructure helps carriers maintain reliable Carrier Central appointments, predictable dock turns, and efficient LTL/TL and FCL flows throughout the Mid-South.
The building shares its address with Amazon’s MEM3 operation at the same site, forming a significant node in Amazon’s Horn Lake / Memphis logistics footprint and supporting both fulfillment and sortation activities under one roof.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for standard Amazon inbound handling
Avoid broken, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so all labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to keep the load stable in transit and during unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so PIL1 can plan unloading resources and avoid delays
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
