OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
PCW1 serves the Toledo metro area, Northwest Ohio, and nearby Michigan and Great Lakes markets as a large, robotics-enabled sortable fulfillment center handling small to medium-sized consumer items. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Crossroads Parkway just off the I-75 / Ohio Turnpike (I-80/I-90) interchange near the Crossroads Centre retail and logistics district, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and the wider Midwest.

PCW1 is positioned along Crossroads Parkway in Rossford, Wood County, behind the Crossroads Centredevelopment at the junction of Interstate 75 and the Ohio Turnpike (I-80/I-90). This crossroads is one of Northwest Ohio’s key freight nodes, linking Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and the rest of the Midwest. The facility also sits within the broader Toledo logistics region, with access to the Port of Toledo and Maumee River terminals, regional rail connections, and Toledo Express Airport.
For carriers, this translates into straightforward highway access from multiple directions, strong regional labor and transit support (including dedicated local bus service), and predictable Carrier Central appointments and dock turns even at peak volume.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for robotics / sortable handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to keep loads stable in transit and during unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so PCW1 can plan appropriate labor and unloading equipment and avoid dock delays
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
