OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
OKC5 / OKC9 / HOK1 is a multi-use Amazon complex in southwest Oklahoma City that combines a sortation center (OKC5), a returns processing center (OKC9), and an AmXL heavy/large deliveries operation (HOK1). It serves the Oklahoma City metro and wider Oklahoma region with high-volume parcel sortation, customer returns handling, and oversized last-mile deliveries. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on South Council Road near the I-40 corridor and W Reno Avenue, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across central and western Oklahoma.

Strategic Location
The OKC5 / OKC9 / HOK1 campus at 1414 South Council Road sits in a large industrial zone just south of West Reno Avenue and close to the I-40 west Oklahoma City corridor. This location gives linehaul carriers quick access to the interstate network and onward routes toward Oklahoma City’s urban core, the Will Rogers World Airport area, and regional highways serving western and central Oklahoma.
The site itself is a large ~300,000 sq ft sortation and returns campus on an expansive parcel, with room for trailer parking, yard movements, and multi-shift operations. Co-locating the sort center (OKC5), returns processing (OKC9), and heavy/large deliveries (HOK1 AmXL) allows Amazon to consolidate flows and keep parcel and bulky-item linehauls tightly synchronized, which in turn supports predictable Carrier Central appointments and dock turns.

53' dry-van trailers (linehaul and intermodal)
Regional box trucks supplying parcel volume or handling returns
For HOK1 AmXL: trailers and vehicles configured for oversized / heavy items (as allowed in your routing instructions)
Driver presents BOL/manifest and appointment reference at check-in
Drivers must comply with all posted yard and safety procedures:
Yard speed limits and one-way systems
Designated lanes and parking for live unloads and trailer drops
Backing protocols, including use of spotters where required
Obey any instructions from yard marshals, security, or site operations
Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Standard inbound: 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets
For heavier or bulky items going to HOK1 AmXL, use robust pallets rated for the load; avoid damaged stringers, exposed nails or non-standard footprints that complicate handling
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires the correct FBA Box ID or Amazon shipment label per your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Ensure labels clearly show the destination code(s) used in your shipment (e.g. OKC5 for sortation, OKC9 for returns, HOK1 for AmXL huge deliveries) and match the FC code in Carrier Central
Wrapping & Stability:
Use clear stretch wrap so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No overhang beyond the pallet footprint; avoid “mushrooming” loads that complicate storage or conveyor handling
Build stable loads with heavier items at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where necessary, especially for tall stacks or heavy/bulky units
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including maximum stack height, weight limits, and rules for mixed SKUs
Note any floor-loaded inbound in the appointment comments so the site can plan labor, PIT, and dock time; non-compliant loads may face delays or additional handling requirements
Slip Sheets:
Slip sheets are only used where explicitly allowed by Amazon and confirmed in your appointment notes
If not clearly authorized, assume standard palletized unloading is required
