OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
NRT1 serves the Greater Tokyo and wider Kanto region with fast inbound processing and network replenishment. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located in the Shiohama waterfront district of Ichikawa, Chiba near key expressways and rail links, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across the Tokyo–Chiba logistics belt.

Strategic Location
NRT1 sits in the Shiohama industrial area on the Tokyo Bay waterfront, inside the broader Keiyō industrial and logistics zone. This location offers quick access to the Bayshore expressway network toward central Tokyo and Chiba, as well as connections to the Port of Chiba and Narita-area cargo flows. Proximity to Ichikawashiohama Station on the JR Keiyō Line helps secure labour and supports stable multi-shift operations, which translates into more predictable dock turns and appointment keeping for inbound carriers.
Operational Specifications for NRT1
Booking and Hours
Appointments: Required via Carrier Central
Operating Window: Multi-shift operation with typical inbound windows around 08:00–21:00 for daytime and 21:00–06:00 for night deliveries (with a short break around midnight). Exact dock times follow the slot confirmed in your Carrier Central appointment and may vary by day and load type.
Receiving Hours
By appointment (Japan Standard Time, local time)
Vehicle Requirements
Active carrier profile and confirmed Carrier Central appointment
Dock-high, rear unloading at a standard bay; no side forklift unloading for inbound
Typical inbound equipment by appointment:
4t and 10t enclosed trucks (box or wing type with rear hand-lift unloading)
End-door sea/rail container chassis only where end-door access and hand-lift unloading are possible
Inbound 2t trucks, open-deck vehicles, non–dock-high vans, full-length trailers, and side-unloading wing trucks are generally not accepted for inbound at NRT1
Standard dock height around 105 cm, with dock levellers at designated doors and a preferred use of air-suspension trucks for smoother docking
Driver must present BOL/manifest, Carrier Central appointment reference, and follow all yard safety rules (left-turn only entry/exit where posted, chocking wheels, remaining in the cab until instructed, and using designated walkways and stairways when on foot)
Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Japan-standard JIS T11 pallets, approx. 1100 × 1100 mm, 4-way access wooden or plastic pallets suitable for hand-lift use
Recommended maximum pallet height for NRT1: ≤ 1.5 m including pallet; standard guidance for Japan FCs is up to 1.6 m, but NRT1 is typically capped slightly lower
Typical gross pallet weight limit around 1,000 kg (including pallet); check your shipment plan and carrier constraints for any tighter limits
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central for the Japan marketplace
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied outside the stretch wrap and kept fully scannable
Ensure carton barcodes are not covered by tape, straps, or corner protection
Wrapping & Stability:
Clear stretch wrap securing every layer; no overhang beyond pallet footprint
Use corner boards and additional wrap or straps for tall or fragile loads
Mixed-SKU pallets should be clearly marked as such in both labeling and documentation
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
When shipping floor-loaded containers into Japan for rework to NRT1, follow Amazon’s Japan FBA guidance on floor loading (carton weight, stacking patterns, and unloadability)
Clearly note “floor-loaded” and any special unload requirements in your Carrier Central appointment; non-compliant floor-loaded cargo may face extended unload times or refusal
Slip Sheets:
Only to be used where explicitly permitted in current Japan FBA guidance and pre-agreed in the appointment; otherwise, plan on standard palletised deliveries
