OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
NGO2 serves Tajimi City, the wider Chūbu region, and the greater Nagoya economic area with high-volume inbound processing and replenishment. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located in the Asahigaoka logistics and industrial zone of Tajimi, close to the Chūō Expressway and key junctions linking to Tōmei, Meishin, and Nagoya expressways, the site supports dependable parcel flows and scheduled linehauls across central Japan.

Strategic Location
NGO2 is located in Asahigaoka, an established logistics and industrial district in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture. The area sits roughly 4 km from the Tajimi Interchange on the Chūō Expressway, with onward connections to the Tōkai-Kanjō Expressway and via Komaki Junction to the Tōmei and Meishin expressways. This allows same-day truck service across much of Chūbu and efficient links into the broader Nagoya metropolitan distribution network. The elevated, purpose-built logistics park environment provides suitable zoning, yard space, and road geometry for large commercial vehicles and predictable dock operations.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Use Japanese T11 standard pallets (approx. 1,100 mm × 1,100 mm, four-way entry), the mainstream domestic pallet format in Japan.
Both wooden and plastic T11 pallets are widely used; many shippers favor plastic T11 pallets for hygiene and durability.
As a conservative planning rule, keep pallet weight around 1,000 kg or less and pallet height around ≤1.8 m including the pallet, unless your routing instructions specify otherwise.
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central (.co.jp).
For partnered small-parcel carriers (Yamato, Sagawa, Japan Post, etc.), place the FBA Box ID label and the carrier label together on a flat side of the carton—not across seams or corners—so both barcodes are cleanly scannable.
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one on each side), applied outside the stretch wrap. Labels should be upright, unobstructed, and readable from ground level.
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film using even tension; build stable, cubic loads with no overhangbeyond pallet edges.
Anchor the wrap securely to the pallet base and fully secure film tails.
Use corner boards, straps/bands, and layer pads where appropriate so loads remain stable during linehaul, staging, and dock handling at NGO2.
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
For containers or trucks delivered floor-loaded, follow the current Amazon Japan shipping and routing requirements on carton weight, dimensions, stacking, and unloading method.
In many flows, imports for NGO2 are deconsolidated and palletised at a nearby facility before arrival. If you intend to deliver floor-loaded freight, ensure the plan is acceptable under the latest Amazon Japan manuals and clearly described in your Carrier Central appointment notes. Non-compliant or unsafe loads may be delayed, require rework at the shipper’s cost, or be refused at receiving.
Slip Sheets:
Only where explicitly permitted by current Amazon Japan guidance and confirmed in your appointment. If there is no clear, prior agreement that slip sheets can be handled at NGO2, plan to deliver on compliant pallets instead.
