- Receiving Hours

- Typical inbound equipment by appointment: 53' dry-van trailers, intermodal trailers, and regional box trucks
- Driver presents BOL/manifest, Amazon reference/appointment ID, and follows on-site safety, PPE, and yard-marshal instructions
- Cargo Preparation
- Pallets (U.S. standard): Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets that meet Amazon’s LTL/FTL/FCL standards.
- Box & Pallet Labels:
- Each carton in the shipment requires its own FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment workflow
- Each pallet must carry four FBA pallet labels—one on each side—placed on the outside of the stretch wrap, centered near the top and fully scannable
- Wrapping & Stability: Use clear stretch wrap with no carton overhang; stack units evenly so labels remain visible and unobstructed. Non-compliant or unstable pallets risk delays, rework, or refusal at the dock.
- Floor-Loaded / FCL: Follow Amazon’s floor-loading and LTL/FTL/FCL policies precisely—marking single-SKU pallets where required—to avoid extra handling and potential accessorials during unloading.
- Slip Sheets: Only where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your Carrier Central appointment notes (otherwise assume standard palletized unloading).
