Single Pallet: Must not exceed 1.8 m in height.
Double Stacked: Total height must not exceed 3.0 m (including pallet height). No individual pallet within the stack may be higher than 1.8 m.

Weight Limits: The total weight of a single pallet must not exceed 500 kg. Individual cartons on the pallet must not exceed 23 kg unless containing a single oversized item.
Stability: Inventory must be loaded in a stable manner so that when the stretch wrap is removed, the inventory remains upright and does not fall over.
Mastering the UK Hub: Your Staging Strategy for MAN1
While your core operations might be centered on the mainland, the MAN1 facility in Greater Manchester operates within a post-Brexit landscape that demands specialized logistical precision. FLEX. serves as your dedicated UK command center, ensuring your British supply chain mirrors the efficiency of your EU network. To maintain seamless flow into this critical Northern hub, prioritize these operational checkpoints:
Precision Prep for Manchester Intake: Success at MAN1 begins with strict adherence to regional safety protocols. Our Amazon FBA prep service provides a rigorous local audit, specifically verifying the 1.8-meter single-pallet height limit and the use of transparent stretch wrap. By correcting these details before the final mile, we effectively eliminate the risk of costly warehouse rejections or "unstackable" pallet fees at the Altrincham docks.
Strategic Buffer Against Booking Volatility: To navigate the frequent intake bottlenecks common in the UK network, our long term storage acts as your tactical local reservoir. We hold your bulk inventory securely and drip-feed stock into MAN1 precisely when your Carrier Central window opens. This proactive staging prevents trailer detention charges and ensures you never miss a critical replenishment window due to channel transit delays.
Unified Multi-Channel Distribution: If you aim to scale beyond FBA, our omni-channel fulfillment service centralizes your UK operations. We manage both high-velocity B2C parcel shipping and heavy-duty B2B freight from a single, optimized inventory pool. Whether your goods are heading to a Manchester sorting center via a compliant 7.5-tonne vehicle or directly to a British consumer's doorstep, we synchronize the logistics to meet exact market standards without the complexity of fragmented providers.
To stay ahead of shifting requirements and perfectly position your inventory between your European staging hubs and the North of England, you can always utilize our comprehensive Amazon Fulfillment Centers directory.

Hi Solomon, thank you for reaching out!
We’d like to clarify that FLEX. does not own or operate the Amazon MAN1 fulfillment center in Manchester — our page about MAN1 is purely informational, intended for e-commerce sellers shipping into Amazon’s network. For warehouse job opportunities at MAN1, we’d recommend applying directly through Amazon’s careers portal at amazon.jobs, where all available positions are listed.
That said, FLEX. is a third-party logistics (3PL) company specialising in Amazon FBA preparation, order fulfillment, returns processing, and e-commerce logistics across Europe — with warehouses in Germany, Poland, and France. If you’re ever interested in the logistics industry more broadly, feel free to keep an eye on our website at flexfulfillment.eu.
We wish you the best of luck with your job search, Solomon!
