Cargo Preparation
Pallet Type: All non-small parcel deliveries must be palletised. When delivering stock to EU countries, use Standard EURO pallets (120 × 80 cm).
Labelling: Each individual pallet must carry a valid FNSKU or shipping label. Ensure labels include:
Seller name
To and from addresses
PO numbers
Number of boxes
“Pallet #____ of ____ pallets” in the top right-hand corner of one of the sides of the unitised load for easy visibility.
Wrapping: Pallets must be stable and shrink-wrapped using transparent plastic. Securely stretch-wrap cartons to pallets (at least three times each quarter). The stretch-wrap must be tight and affix the product completely to the pallet to prevent shifting. Note: Pallets wrapped in black or opaque stretch-wrap will be rejected.
Max Pallet Height & Stacking:
Single Pallet: Must not exceed 1.8 m in height.
Double Stacked: Total height must not exceed 3.0 m (including pallet height). No individual pallet within the stack may be higher than 1.8 m.
Note: Ensure a minimum of 30 cm clearance remains between the top of the pallets and the roof of the vehicle.
Weight Limits: The total weight of a single pallet must not exceed 500 kg. Individual cartons on the pallet must not exceed 23 kg unless containing a single oversized item.
Stability: Inventory must be loaded in a stable manner so that when the stretch wrap is removed, the inventory remains upright and does not fall over.
Strategic Inbound Solutions for the LPL2 Liverpool Hub
Optimizing your inbound strategy for the LPL2 facility in Liverpool requires a tactical approach tailored to the high-volume Merseyside region. To ensure a seamless transition into the British fulfillment network, absolute compliance is critical.
Our Amazon FBA prep service acts as your local quality gate, rigorously auditing shipments against regional requirements. By verifying details like the 1.8-meter single-pallet height limit and strict transparent wrap rules, we effectively neutralize the risk of costly warehouse rejections.
Navigating the post-Brexit landscape is equally essential for a successful delivery strategy. Our customs clearance for online sellers services eliminate administrative border delays by managing complex fiscal representation.
Furthermore, to bypass intense intake bottlenecks and hit precise Carrier Central windows, our long term storage provides a tactical EU buffer. We hold your bulk inventory securely and drip-feed it into the network exactly when permitted, completely avoiding trailer detention charges and over-limit fees.
You can also utilize our Amazon Fulfillment Centers guide to seamlessly monitor operational shifts and perfectly position your stock across both your UK and European hubs.
