How European SMEs Can Build a Resilient Fulfillment Strategy for Cross-Border Growth
18.11.2025
OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
LAS1 serves the Las Vegas Valley, Southern Nevada and the wider Southwest region with high-velocity inbound processing and cross-dock replenishment for Amazon’s network. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Bermuda Road at the St. Rose Parkway / I-15 corridor near Interstate 15, Nevada State Route 146 (St. Rose Pkwy) and the West Henderson industrial cluster, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across Nevada, California, Arizona and Utah.

Proximity to Harry Reid International Airport and the broader Las Vegas warehouse cluster allows carriers to combine airport transfers, regional distribution and long-haul linehauls while keeping Carrier Central appointments and dock turns predictable.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for standard Amazon inbound handling and cross-dock moves
Avoid broken, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to keep the load stable during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so LAS1 can plan the right labor and unloading equipment
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
