Operational Specifications for KRB9/QZZ7
Mastering the operational requirements for the KRB9 and QZZ7 facilities in Mesa, Arizona, demands strict adherence to the Inland Empire’s high-velocity freight protocols. As these sites are critical hubs for the US West Coast, every inbound shipment must be flawlessly prepared to meet the specialized intake standards for high-volume fulfillment. To ensure your inventory moves from staging to the active sales floor without disruption, every transatlantic shipment must be rigorously audited to meet exact floor-loading capacities and strict Carrier Central appointment windows

Cargo Preparation
Pallets: Use only 40" x 48", 4-way access wooden pallets (GMA Grade B or higher). International shipments must be heat-treated to ISPM-15 standards.
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each individual carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label.
Each pallet must carry four FBA pallet labels (one on each side). Labels must be applied outside the stretch wrap and placed at least 1.25" from any edge to remain scannable.
Wrapping & Stability: Use only clear stretch wrap. Ensure there is no overhang beyond the pallet edges. Inventory must be stable enough that it remains upright even after the wrap is removed.
Floor-Loaded / FCL: While pallets are preferred, floor-loaded shipments must strictly follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy. Non-compliant loads at TPA6 are subject to significant delays or refusal.
Slip Sheets: Permitted only when explicitly confirmed in the appointment notes and in accordance with Amazon’s guidance for heavy/bulky intake.
Optimizing Your Staging Strategy for KRB9/QZZ7
Expanding to the Mesa facilities in California requires a high degree of operational discipline due to the massive volume these Inland Empire hubs handle daily. Because FLEX. operates exclusively as your European command center, we act as your tactical safeguard on the continent, providing the critical oversight and infrastructure necessary to transition your freight from European transit to the KRB9/QZZ7 receiving bays without friction.
To maintain a high-velocity supply chain for the US market, evaluate these core export pillars:
Does your inventory meet the rigorous US prep standards? Success at the KRB9/QZZ7 docks starts with absolute compliance before your goods cross the ocean. Our Amazon FBA Prep in Europe provides a comprehensive "Transatlantic-Ready" audit for every shipment. We manage everything from re-palletizing goods onto 40" x 48" US-standard pallets to ensuring that every barcode is perfectly positioned for 100% scanning success at the California intake, effectively neutralizing the risk of costly transatlantic "Return to Sender" scenarios.
Do you need an efficient buffer to protect your US Inventory Performance Index (IPI)? Managing storage limits in the US is a critical part of maintaining a healthy IPI and avoiding aggressive American long-term storage fees. Our long term storage solutions in Europe allow you to hold bulk inventory securely within our staging hubs. This provides you with the flexibility to strategically dispatch sea or air freight only when your specific US capacity opens up, eliminating the need for expensive, third-party US warehousing.
Do you require a reliable bridge for long-haul freight consolidation? Navigating the final journey to Beaumont requires professional coordination and strict adherence to Carrier Central booking windows. Our export forwarding services synchronize your logistics at the European origin, ensuring that containers are securely braced, palletization is flawless, and all documentation is import-ready. This proactive approach ensures your freight arrives at the California docks as a stable, dock-ready load, helping you avoid trailer detention charges and receiving delays.
While KRB9 and QZZ7 are vital hubs for the Arizona market, a truly resilient global strategy requires visibility across the entire network. You can utilize our Amazon Fulfillment Centers directory to monitor shifting requirements and perfectly position your stock between your European staging hubs and final US destinations.
