OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
Amazon JED4 represents one of the latest expansions of Amazon’s fulfillment infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. Located in the heart of the Jeddah port area, this large-scale facility is designed to handle the increasing volume of the Saudi e-commerce market. As a vital node in the KSA network, JED4 operates alongside JED3 to streamline the movement of goods from the Red Sea coast to customers across the Kingdom.

Strategic Location
The positioning of JED4 within the Jeddah Islamic Seaport area places it at the center of the Kingdom’s "Vision 2030" logistics strategy. As a new and modernized facility, it provides the scale necessary to handle large-volume inbound shipments directly from international maritime routes.
Its proximity to the main shipping lanes of the Red Sea makes JED4 a critical asset for sellers looking to minimize inland drayage costs. By serving as a localized point of entry for the Western Province, JED4 ensures that inventory is positioned closer to major urban populations while maintaining a direct link to the global maritime supply chain.
Operational Specifications for JED4
To maintain high throughput, JED4 enforces strict adherence to pallet and vehicle standards. Non-compliant shipments are frequently rejected at the gate, leading to significant demurrage costs.

Ensuring Export Readiness for JED4 Inbound
Achieving a successful delivery to the Jeddah Islamic Seaport starts with meticulous preparation at the point of origin. For sellers managing inventory within European hubs, the transition to the Saudi Arabian marketplace requires meeting high operational standards before the cargo is even dispatched. Mastering the fundamental Amazon FBA prep requirements is the first essential step in this process, ensuring that every unit is correctly handled and labeled before it begins its international journey.
To safeguard your supply chain and prevent operational bottlenecks at the Saudi Port of Entry, we recommend prioritizing these critical pre-shipment checkpoints:
- Pre-Export Documentation Check: Documentation errors are the leading cause of delays at JED4. Ensure that your SABER and SASO certificates are fully reconciled with your physical pallet counts while the goods are still in Europe.
- Source-Side Labeling Accuracy: Saudi-specific labeling, including the mandatory 23 kg box limit, is most efficiently handled during the initial staging phase. Correcting these errors once the cargo has reached a Saudi bonded zone is significantly more expensive.
- Strategic European Staging: Many international sellers use European facilities as a controlled staging area. By organizing your bulk inventory in a European pre-Amazon storage hub, you can prepare and dispatch compliant batches to JED4 as needed.
- Network Intelligence: Scaling from Europe to the Middle East requires a clear view of the entire network. Use our Amazon Fulfillment Centers directory to understand the specific requirements of global facilities like JED4, RUH8, or SNN4.
