OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
HSG1 serves Tosu City, the wider Kyushu region, and parts of western Honshu with high-volume inbound processing and network replenishment. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located in the Yayoigaoka area of Tosu, close to key expressway links and retail / logistics developments, the site supports dependable parcel flows and scheduled linehauls across western Japan.

Strategic Location
HSG1 is located at the Tosu Fulfillment Center in Yayoigaoka, Tosu City, Saga Prefecture. Tosu sits at a key crossroads of Kyushu’s expressway network, connecting Fukuoka, Kurume, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, and the northern Kyushu industrial belt. Proximity to major routes, regional rail, and large-scale retail developments gives carriers efficient access to both regional consumers and trunk linehaul corridors toward Honshu. As Amazon Japan’s only “hybrid site” handling both small sortable items and large non-sortable goods, HSG1 plays a central role in serving Kyushu, parts of Chugoku, and nationwide demand.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Use Japanese T11 standard pallets (approx. 1,100 mm × 1,100 mm, four-way entry), compatible with Japanese handling equipment.
High-quality wooden or plastic T11 pallets are widely used; many shippers choose plastic 1100 × 1100 mm pallets for hygiene and durability.
Keep pallet weight around 1,000 kg or less, and limit pallet height to roughly ≤1.8 m including the pallet unless otherwise agreed, to stay within typical safety limits for Japanese facilities.
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central (.co.jp).
For partnered small-parcel carriers (e.g. Yamato, Sagawa, Japan Post), place the FBA Box ID label and carrier label together on a flat side of the carton, not over corners or edges, to keep both barcodes fully scannable.
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied outside the stretch wrap, upright and unobstructed for scanning from ground level.
Wrapping & Stability:
Use clear stretch wrap applied with even tension; build stable, cubic loads with no overhang beyond pallet edges.
Anchor wrap firmly to the pallet base and secure all film tails.
Use corner boards, straps/bands, and layer pads where needed to ensure loads remain stable through linehaul and dock handling at HSG1.
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
For ocean or air imports delivered as floor-loaded units, follow the current Amazon Japan shipping and routing requirements for carton weight, dimensions, stack height, and safe unloading methods.
In practice, many flows into HSG1 are deconsolidated to pallets before arrival. Any floor- or fluid-loaded solution must be explicitly aligned with the Amazon Japan inbound manual and documented in Carrier Central notes. Poorly prepared or unsafe loads may be delayed, reworked at the shipper’s cost, or refused at receiving.
Slip Sheets:
Only where explicitly permitted by current Amazon Japan guidance and clearly confirmed in your appointment details. If there is no clear prior agreement to handle slip sheets, plan to deliver on compliant pallets into HSG1.
