OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
GSO1 serves the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point (Piedmont Triad) region and wider North Carolina market as a large non-sort fulfillment center handling bulkier and mixed-case consumer goods. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Old Greensboro Road close to I-40 and the broader Triad interstate network, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across the Carolinas and the U.S. Southeast.

Quick access to Interstate 40 and connecting routes into Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and the I-85 corridor allows carriers to integrate GSO1 into regional LTL/TL loops and long-haul lanes across the Southeast. The surrounding industrial cluster and proximity to regional intermodal, air, and distribution hubs help keep Carrier Central appointments and dock turns predictable throughout the year.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for non-sort (bulkier / mixed-case) handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable at the dock
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to keep loads stable in transit and during unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including guidance on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so GSO1 can plan appropriate labor and unloading equipment and avoid dock delays
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
