OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
Amazon GDL1, strategically located in Zapote del Valle near Tlajomulco and Tlaquepaque, is a cornerstone of Amazon’s operations in Western Mexico. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this massive fulfillment center is designed to accelerate delivery speeds across the region. As Amazon continues to expand its footprint in the Guadalajara metropolitan area, GDL1 remains the primary engine for sortable consumer goods.

Building a Compliant Bridge to the Jalisco Market
Launching your brand in Western Mexico requires a proactive approach to logistical compliance. Since FLEX. functions entirely as a European-based entity, we serve as the vital first line of defense, ensuring your goods are technically sound before they begin the long maritime journey to the Pacific coast. Our methodology centers on neutralizing the common pitfalls of the Mexican inbound process at the point of origin.
A primary focus is the mandatory ISPM 15 heat-treatment protocol for all wooden pallets—a non-negotiable biosecurity requirement at the Guadalajara dock. Through our warehouse services in Europe, we conduct rigorous physical audits, re-palletizing your stock onto compliant treated timber to ensure it passes Mexican customs without friction. Beyond the pallets, the precision of your digital-to-physical mapping is critical. We perform detailed weight verification and FBA label audits at our European hubs, aligning every carton with Amazon’s 23 kg threshold. To navigate the complex administrative landscape of Latin American trade, we also integrate specialized import / export customs clearance for online sellers, ensuring your commercial invoices and BOLs are perfectly synchronized with your physical cargo, preventing costly delays at the Mexican border.

How FLEX. can help
It is important to emphasize that FLEX. does not maintain warehouses or local transport teams within Mexico; our expertise is strictly localized to our high-performance hubs in Europe. We operate as your primary compliance gateway, providing the specialized infrastructure needed to "harden" your supply chain before it crosses the Atlantic. If your expansion into Jalisco requires a partner for professional forwarding to FBA or a secure staging area for bulk exports, our centers are built for the task. We specialize in configuring every load to Amazon Mexico’s exact safety and height specifications while it is still on European soil, effectively insulating your business from the risk of rejection at the GDL1 facility.
Reach out to our team today to explore how our European-based solutions can provide a stable foundation for your growth in Guadalajara and the wider Mexican marketplace.
