OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
FSZ1 serves Odawara, the wider Kanagawa Prefecture, and key parts of the Greater Tokyo / Shonan corridor with high-volume inbound processing and network replenishment. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located in the Ogimachi industrial district with direct access to major arterial roads toward the Odawara-Atsugi Road and the broader expressway network, the site supports dependable parcel flows and scheduled linehauls across eastern Japan.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Use Japanese T11 standard pallets (approx. 1,100 mm × 1,100 mm, four-way entry), compatible with Japanese handling equipment.
Both high-quality wooden pallets and plastic pallets are common in Japan; many importers into Japan use plastic 1100 × 1100 mm pallets for smoother customs and domestic handling. Coordinate pallet type with your forwarder and consider any quarantine requirements.
Keep pallet weight around 1,000 kg or less and limit pallet height to roughly ≤1.8 m including the pallet unless otherwise agreed, to remain within typical safety expectations.
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central (.co.jp).
For small-parcel shipments using partnered carriers (for example Yamato, Sagawa, or Japan Post), place the FBA Box ID label and carrier label together on a flat side of the box, not across edges or corners, so they remain fully scannable.
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied outside the stretch wrap with barcodes unobstructed and easy to scan from ground level.
Wrapping & Stability: Use clear stretch wrap and build stable, cubic loads with no overhang beyond pallet edges. Wrap should be applied with consistent tension and anchored firmly to the pallet base. Use corner boards, straps, and layer pads where needed so pallets remain stable during domestic transport and dock handling at FSZ1.
Floor-Loaded / FCL: For ocean or air imports that are delivered as floor-loaded units, follow the current Amazon Japan shipping and routing requirements for carton size, weight, and safe unloading. In practice, many inbound flows to FSZ1 are deconsolidated to pallets before arrival. Any floor- or fluid-loaded solution must be explicitly aligned with the Amazon Japan inbound manual and recorded in Carrier Central appointment details. Poorly prepared or unsafe floor-loads may be delayed, reworked at the shipper’s cost, or refused at receiving.
Slip Sheets: Only where permitted by current Amazon Japan guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes. If there is no clear agreement in advance to handle slip sheets, plan to deliver on compliant pallets into FSZ1.
