Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on New Canton Way in Matrix Business Park at 7A near the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95), I-195 and US-130, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

EWR1 / EWR4 are situated in Matrix Business Park at 7A in Robbinsville Township, directly off New Jersey Turnpike Exit 7A, with fast connections to I-195, I-295 and US-130. This puts the facility within a dense Northeast freight corridor linking the Port Newark–Elizabeth marine terminals, New York City, Central New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia region. The combination of turnpike access, regional interstates and nearby distribution parks makes it easier for carriers to keep Carrier Central appointments on time, turn trailers quickly and integrate EWR1 / EWR4 into multi-stop regional or long-haul routings.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for robotics/sortable handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your Amazon shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so all labels remain visible and unobstructed
No overhang beyond the pallet footprint; stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom
Use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to ensure the load stays stable during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly note any floor-loaded shipments in your booking so EWR1 / EWR4 can plan labor and equipment for safe unloading
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in the Carrier Central appointment notes; otherwise plan standard palletized freight
