OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
DXB6 serves Dubai Emirate and the wider UAE / GCC region with high-volume inbound processing and replenishment for Amazon.ae. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located in National Industries Park, Mina Jebel Ali, close to Jebel Ali Port and major UAE highways, the site supports dependable container devanning flows and LTL/FTL linehauls across the UAE and into neighbouring countries.

Deep Sea Imports: Typically yes, when requested at the time of booking and routed as palletised truckloads or deconsolidated FCL/LCL from Port of Jebel Ali or regional depots (not as live ocean containers at the DXB6 dock). Always confirm the exact import handling process with your forwarder and Amazon prior to the appointment.

Strategic Location
DXB6 is positioned inside National Industries Park (NIP) at Mina Jebel Ali, one of Dubai’s key industrial and logistics zones. The park sits adjacent to Jebel Ali Port and within the logistics corridor that links Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) with Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and Emirates Road (E611). This allows containers to be devanned nearby and converted into compliant palletised truckloads for final delivery to DXB6, while giving carriers short, predictable routes from free zones, inland depots, and other Emirates. The CEVA-operated facility at plots TP10104C / TP10104D is designed for high-volume e-commerce flows, supporting reliable appointments and fast dock turns for Amazon.ae inbound.
Operational Specifications for DXB6
Booking and Hours
Appointments: Required via Carrier Central for all LTL, FTL, and FCL deliveries
Operating Window:
DXB6 runs a multi-shift operation; inbound delivery windows follow the time slot confirmed in Carrier Central.
Detailed day-by-day dock hours are not publicly specified, so your appointment confirmation is the controlling reference.
Receiving Hours
By appointment only (local Gulf Standard Time – UTC+4)
Early/late arrivals outside the allowed tolerance may be delayed or turned away, depending on yard capacity and DXB6’s discretion.
Vehicle Requirements
Active carrier profile and a confirmed Carrier Central appointment with DXB6 selected
Dock-high, rear unloading at a standard bay; ground-level tail-lift, curbside, or side-only unloading is not supported for normal FC inbound
Typical inbound equipment:
Enclosed rigid box trucks (commonly 3–10 ton) for local distribution
Semi-trailers / container-equivalent trailers (20 ft or 40 ft) carrying palletised freight that can be unloaded by pallet jack or forklift
Vehicle and trailer expectations (based on Amazon UAE LTL/FTL standards):
Trailer floor and structure must safely support a fully loaded pallet jack
Interior must be clean, dry, and free of loose debris or contamination
Loads must be properly secured (blocking, bracing, straps, or load bars) to prevent shifting in transit
On-site safety expectations:
Obey posted yard speed limits and any one-way circulation; follow yard marshal and security instructions at all times
At the dock, driver sets the parking brake, allows wheel chocks to be placed, switches off the engine, and remains available for instructions
Driver presents BOL/manifest, list of FBA shipment IDs, and the Carrier Central appointment reference at check-in
Pedestrians must use marked walkways; mobile-phone use while driving in the yard is restricted
Non-compliant vehicles or unsafe conditions can result in delays, rework, or refusal of the load
Cargo Preparation
Pallets:
Use 1.0 m × 1.2 m, 4-way access wooden pallets, in line with Amazon UAE pallet standards.
Pallets must be in good condition (no broken boards, missing blocks, or protruding nails).
Pallet exchange is not allowed – treat all pallets as one-way.
Maximum pallet gross weight: 500 kg, including pallet.
As a practical limit, keep pallet height around ≤ 1.7–1.8 m including the pallet, unless your shipment plan specifies otherwise.
Avoid product overhang; any unavoidable overhang should be minimal and must not affect stability or handling.
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires its own unique FBA Box ID label generated in Seller Central (amazon.ae).
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied outside the stretch wrap so all barcodes are upright and easily scannable.
Do not cover barcodes with stretch wrap, tape, straps, or corner protection.
Wrapping & Stability:
Build stable, cubic pallet loads with evenly distributed weight and no loose cartons.
Use clear stretch wrap anchored firmly to the pallet base; apply enough layers to keep freight tight, and secure all wrap tails.
Use corner boards, straps or bands, and layer pads as needed so pallets remain stable through ocean transit, devanning, local linehaul, and dock handling at DXB6.
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
For containers arriving at Jebel Ali Port, Amazon generally expects freight to be deconsolidated and palletised to the above standards before delivery to DXB6.
Any plan to deliver floor-loaded cargo directly must comply with the latest Amazon UAE shipping and routing requirements and be clearly described in your Carrier Central booking notes. Unsafe or non-compliant floor loads are at high risk of delay or refusal.
Slip Sheets:
Slip-sheeted loads are not standard in UAE FC inbound guidance. Only use slip sheets where explicitly permitted by current Amazon UAE documentation and clearly confirmed in your appointment details. Otherwise, plan to deliver on compliant wooden pallets.
