OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
CMH3 serves Monroe, the Cincinnati–Dayton corridor, and wider Southwest Ohio as a large non-sort fulfillment center handling bulkier and mixed-case consumer items. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Gateway Boulevard in the Park North at Monroe logistics park near the I-75 and OH-63 (Hamilton–Lebanon Rd) interchange, the facility supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across Ohio and the broader Midwest.

Strategic Location
CMH3 sits at 700 Gateway Boulevard in Monroe, Warren County, within the master-planned Park North at Monroeindustrial park directly along the I-75 corridor between Cincinnati and Dayton. Access via Ohio State Route 63 (Hamilton–Lebanon Road) and local connector roads allows trucks to reach I-75 quickly in both northbound and southbound directions, linking into key regional routes toward Columbus, Indianapolis, Louisville, and Detroit.
The park is designed specifically for high-volume logistics users, with modern road geometry, nearby distribution facilities, and access to competitively priced labor drawn from both metro areas. This combination supports predictable Carrier Central appointments, efficient dock turns, and smooth integration of CMH3 into regional FTL, LTL, and FCL routings.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for non-sort, bulky, and mixed-case handling
Avoid broken stringers, protruding nails, or non-standard dimensions that may require rework or result in refusal at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton must have a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your Amazon shipment plan
Each pallet must have four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable at the dock
Wrapping & Stability:
Use clear stretch wrap so all labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Build square, stable pallets with heavier cartons at the bottom; apply corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to prevent shifting in transit and during unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including guidance on stack height, carton weights, and mixed-SKU layering
Clearly indicate any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so CMH3 can plan appropriate dock time, labor, and equipment to avoid delays
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where allowed by Amazon requirements and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
