OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
CMH1 serves Etna Township, the Columbus metropolitan area, and wider Ohio / Midwest region as a large, robotics-enabled sortable fulfillment center handling small to medium-sized consumer items. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on National Road (U.S. 40) between Interstate 70 and the historic National Road corridor, the facility supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across Ohio, the Great Lakes and adjoining states.

Strategic Location
CMH1 is positioned along National Road (U.S. 40) in Etna Township, Licking County, in a corporate park situated between Interstate 70 and U.S. 40 on the eastern edge of the Columbus metro. Direct access to I-70 links the site efficiently to Columbus, Dayton, Indianapolis and the I-75 corridor, while U.S. 40 and regional routes connect into Newark, Zanesville and other central-Ohio markets.
The fulfillment center sits within a purpose-built logistics zone developed to handle high truck volumes, with upgraded road layouts and proximity to Columbus’ broader distribution, parcel, and intermodal network. This combination of interstate access and modern industrial infrastructure supports reliable Carrier Central appointments, consistent dock turns, and integration of CMH1 into both long-haul and regional LTL/TL loops.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets compatible with robotics / sortable handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your Amazon shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where appropriate to keep loads stable during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including guidance on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so CMH1 can plan appropriate labor, PIT, and dock time and avoid delays
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
