OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
CLT2 serves the Charlotte metropolitan area, the Carolinas, and the wider U.S. Southeast as an inbound cross-dock (IXD) facility, consolidating and redistributing freight across Amazon’s network. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Old Dowd Road next to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and close to I-485, I-85, I-77 and I-40, the site supports dependable FCL, LTL, and TL flows across the region.

Strategic Location
CLT2 is positioned on Old Dowd Road in west Charlotte, immediately adjacent to Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and within a major logistics cluster of air-cargo and distribution facilities. The site is only a short drive from the I-485 beltway, with direct connections to I-85, I-77, and east–west movements on I-40, placing it on key north–south and east–west trucking corridors across the Southeast.
This proximity to the airport, interstate network, and surrounding industrial parks allows carriers to integrate CLT2 into FCL port drayage, linehaul moves, and regional LTL/TL loops while keeping Carrier Central appointments and dock turns predictable throughout the year.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for cross-dock handling
Ensure pallets are structurally sound; avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable at the dock
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
Do not allow product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to keep loads stable during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so CLT2 can plan appropriate labor and unloading equipment and avoid dock delays
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
