OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
CLE5 serves Twinsburg, the greater Cleveland–Akron corridor, and Northeast Ohio as a high-throughput sortation center, consolidating outbound parcels for downstream delivery stations and final-mile carriers across the region. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Independence Parkway near major connections to I-480, I-271 and OH-82 (East Aurora Rd), the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across Ohio, the Great Lakes region, and neighboring states.

CLE5 is located on Independence Parkway in Twinsburg (Summit County) within a modern industrial and logistics district east of Cleveland and north of Akron. Trucks reach the site via OH-82 (East Aurora Road) and nearby interchanges with I-480 and I-271, tying directly into north–south (I-271/I-71/I-77) and east–west (I-480/I-80 Ohio Turnpike) freight corridors.
The surrounding area includes other distribution centers, light-industrial facilities, and strong highway and transit links, allowing carriers to integrate CLE5 into multi-stop LTL/TL loops, parcel linehauls, and regional cross-dock flows while keeping Carrier Central appointments and dock turns predictable—even during peak.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets that are compatible with fast sortation and cross-dock handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable at the dock
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so all labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Build stable, square loads with heavier cartons at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where appropriate to keep loads stable during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so CLE5 can allocate suitable labor, PIT, and dock time and avoid delays at receiving
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
