OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
BUF9/BUF5 serves the Buffalo–Niagara region, upstate New York, and nearby cross-border Canadian markets as a combined fulfillment and sortation campus in Lancaster, NY. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Walden Avenue just minutes from the I-90 New York State Thruway and close to NY-33 and Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF), the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across New York State, the U.S. Northeast, and Southern Ontario.

Strategic Location
The BUF9/BUF5 campus sits on Walden Avenue in Lancaster, Erie County, roughly 14 miles east of downtown Buffalo and within the Buffalo–Niagara Falls metropolitan area. It is located only a short drive from the I-90 (New York State Thruway) and NY-33 (Kensington Expressway), key east–west and airport connectors for the region. This positioning places the site close to Buffalo Niagara International Airport in Cheektowaga and within a practical trucking radius of Niagara Falls, Southern Ontario, and major Northeast cities.
For carriers, this means straightforward access from the Thruway, regional DC clusters, border crossings, and intermodal links—helping keep Carrier Central appointments and dock turns predictable even during peak season.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for fulfillment and sortation handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding as needed to keep loads stable during transit and unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly note any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so BUF9/BUF5 can plan appropriate labor and unloading equipment
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
