- Booking and Hours: Book your delivery slot 24 hours in advance in Carrier Central. The warehouse operates for receiving Monday to Sunday in two shifts: 07:20 AM – 16:30 PM and 18:20 PM – 03:30 AM.
- Vehicle Requirements:
- Palletised Deliveries: 7.5-tonne trucks and articulated vehicles.
- Loose Loaded Parcels: Sprinter vans, transit vans, and swap bodies are permitted.
- Cargo Preparation:
- Pallets: Use standard, correctly labelled EURO pallets (120x80 cm).
- Height: Maximum 1.8m for single pallets, 2.8m for double-stacked.
- Labelling: Ensure all items and pallets have valid Amazon FNSKU/shipping barcodes.
- Security: Pallets must be stable and securely wrapped in transparent foil.
