OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
Amazon BJX1, located in León, Guanajuato, was launched in late 2022 to revolutionize delivery speeds across the Bajío region. This facility is a critical node in Amazon Mexico’s strategy to provide same-day or next-day service to the country’s central population centers. For international sellers, BJX1 is frequently designated as a primary "Ship to FC" destination in Seller Central.

Strategic Location
The strategic value of BJX1 lies in its central position within the Bajío region, a major economic driver for Mexico. By locating in León, Amazon provides immediate access to the "Industrial Corridor" connecting Guanajuato, Querétaro, and San Luis Potosí. This location is vital for sellers looking to bypass the congestion of Mexico City while still reaching the heart of the country. For exporters, BJX1 offers a gateway to a sophisticated consumer base with high purchasing power. However, the inland transit to León involves crossing varied terrain; success depends on the structural integrity of your pallets. Ensuring your cargo is professionally audited and braced is essential to prevent shifting or "seller damage" during the final domestic leg in Mexico.
Operational Specifications for BJX1
To ensure your inventory moves seamlessly from the receiving bay to the warehouse floor at BJX1, your cargo must comply with these specific regional standards. Adherence to these protocols is the only way to prevent administrative delays or safety-related rejections at the León gates. For a broader perspective on how these Mexican mandates differ from those in other markets, you can explore our Amazon Fulfillment Centers directory, which provides a comparative look at global inbound requirements.

Heavy Weight: Individual boxes weighing more than 15 kg must be marked "Heavy package" (visible from both the top and sides).
Box Dimensions:

Mandatory Treatment: All wooden pallets must be heat-treated to the ISPM 15 standard.
Height & Weight: Maximum height is 180 cm (including the pallet). Gross weight must not exceed 726 kg.

If your next challenge is on the Europe side…
Expanding your footprint into the Bajío region is a significant milestone, but maintaining a high-performance supply chain in the European market requires a specialized set of logistical maneuvers. Because FLEX. operates as a strictly European-based infrastructure partner, we provide the localized expertise necessary to ensure your EU operations run as smoothly as your Mexican expansion. To guarantee that your European-bound inventory meets the same high standards as your León-bound cargo, consider these essential services:
The physical precision required for the Mexican market—specifically regarding ISPM 15 heat-treatment and weight auditing—is just as critical when entering European hubs. Through our comprehensive warehouse services, we act as your first line of defense in Europe, verifying that every pallet is technically sound before it enters the Amazon network. If your European strategy involves diverse sales channels, our omni-channel fulfillment solutions allow you to synchronize your stock across multiple platforms simultaneously. This ensures that while you are conquering the central Mexican market, your European customers receive rapid, reliable service regardless of where they shop.
Furthermore, navigating the complex administrative landscape of international trade is a universal challenge. We provide specialized import / export customs clearance for online sellers to ensure your commercial invoices and BOLs are perfectly synchronized across all borders. By aligning your documentation at the European origin, you prevent the administrative bottlenecks and costly delays that can stall global growth.

How FLEX. can help
It is vital to clarify that FLEX. operates exclusively within the European logistics landscape; we do not manage physical warehouses or courier fleets on the ground in Mexico. Instead, we function as your dedicated "pre-flight" compliance engine, providing the essential European infrastructure to bulletproof your shipments before they ever leave for the Atlantic. Should your Guanajuato-bound strategy demand a reliable partner for high-precision forwarding to FBA or a dedicated export staging zone, our facilities are tailor-made for these complexities. We focus on auditing every pallet and carton to match Amazon Mexico’s rigorous safety, labeling, and height mandates while your goods are still in Europe, effectively shielding your brand from the financial sting of a rejection at the BJX1 gate.
Contact our team today to learn how our European-based expertise can provide the stable logistical footing your business needs to thrive in León and the central Mexican market.
