OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
ACY2 serves the New York–Philadelphia corridor and broader Mid-Atlantic region as a high-throughput, non-sort fulfillment center handling larger and bulkier customer items. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on East Pearl Street in Burlington’s riverfront industrial area near the I-295 / New Jersey Turnpike and US-130 freight corridors, the site supports dependable LTL/TL and intermodal flows across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and beyond.

Its riverfront-adjacent setting and proximity to rail and highway infrastructure make ACY2 well placed for regional LTL/TL loops, port-driven FCL routings, and long-haul linehauls while keeping Carrier Central appointments and dock turns predictable.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for non-sort / bulky-item handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons or units evenly with heavier items at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to maintain load stability in transit and during unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including limits on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so ACY2 can plan labor and unloading equipment and avoid delays at the dock
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
