OUR GOAL
To provide an A-to-Z e-commerce logistics solution that would complete Amazon fulfillment network in the European Union.
ACY1 serves the South Jersey and greater Philadelphia–Camden–Wilmington corridor as a high-volume, robotics-enabled sortable fulfillment center. Our role is to make deliveries appointment-clean: correct labels, compliant pallets, and accurate paperwork—so freight is received without delays. Located on Mantua Grove Road near the I-295 / US-130 corridor, the site supports dependable parcel flows and LTL/TL linehauls across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the wider Mid-Atlantic.

ACY1 is positioned on Mantua Grove Road (CR 656) in West Deptford Township, Gloucester County, immediately off Interstate 295 and close to the US-130 freight corridor. The facility sits on a large, modern industrial site of roughly 60 acres, with a building footprint of around 650,000 sq ft designed for high-bay, robotics-enabled operations. Its location within the Philadelphia–Camden–Wilmington metropolitan area and near regional river terminals and distribution parks allows carriers to integrate ACY1 into port-driven FCL routings, regional LTL/TL loops, and long-haul linehauls while keeping Carrier Central appointments predictable and dock turns efficient.

Cargo Preparation
Pallets (U.S. standard):
Use 40" × 48", 4-way access wooden pallets suitable for sortable/robotics handling
Avoid damaged, non-standard, or unstable pallets that may require rework or be refused at receiving
Box & Pallet Labels:
Each carton requires a unique FBA Box ID label generated from your Amazon shipment plan
Each pallet requires four FBA pallet labels (one per side), applied on the outside of the stretch wrap, upright and fully scannable
Wrapping & Stability:
Wrap pallets with clear stretch film so labels remain visible and unobstructed
No product overhang beyond the pallet footprint
Stack cartons evenly with heavier units at the bottom; use corner boards and strapping/banding where needed to maintain load stability in transit and during unloading
Floor-Loaded / FCL:
Floor-loaded containers and trailers must follow Amazon’s Floor Loading Policy, including guidance on stack height, carton weight, and mixed-SKU loading
Clearly describe any floor-loaded inbound in your Carrier Central booking so ACY1 can allocate labor and unloading equipment and avoid delays at the dock
Slip Sheets:
Only use slip sheets where permitted by Amazon guidance and explicitly confirmed in your appointment notes; otherwise plan for standard palletized unloading
